Weight Watchers "Waldorf" Chicken Salad

4 ounces chilled skinned and boned cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 small McIntosh or Red Delicious apple, cored and cubed
6 large seedless green grapes, cut lengthwise into halves
2 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/2 packet (1/2 teaspoon) instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

In salad bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and broth mix, mixing well; pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly. Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds.

Makes 1 serving.
