Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Air Fryer Chicken Wings recipe

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • Baking powder*
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the basket of air fryer with no stick cooking spray. Heat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Lightly spray or lightly oil the wings by tossing them with oil.
  4. Toss the wings in a large bowl with a bit of baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Place wings in a single layer in the fryer basket, leaving space between the wings. (Cook in batches, if needed, depending on the size of your air fryer.)
  6. Air fry for 25 to 30 minutes or until skin is crispy and wings are cooked through, shaking basket or tossing wings with tongs every 5 minutes during cooking.

Notes

* Use baking powder with NO aluminum added, such as Rumford.
