Salt and Vinegar Chicken Wings recipe

Prep: 10 min | Cook: 35 min | Yield: 4 servings

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Perdue® Fresh Whole Chicken Wings or Perdue® Fresh Chicken Wingettes
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, salt and oil in a resealable plastic bag. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until salt has dissolved.
  2. Place chicken wings in the bag with the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Toss the chicken wings with the potato starch. Shake off excess, then place the wings in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry the wings for 20 minutes. Increase air fryer temperature to 425 degrees F and continue to cook for 15 more minutes; turning the wings a few times while they cook to ensure even browning.
  5. Remove the wings from the air fryer and while still hot, sprinkle with garlic salt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
