Baked Brie with Strawberry Jalapeño Jam
The creamy, rich brie pairs perfectly with sweet strawberries and a hint of jalapeño heat. Serve with crostini or your favorite crackers for an elegant appetizer!

Ingredients
Strawberry Jalapeño Jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Baked Brie
- 1 (8 ounce brie wheel
- 1 cup Strawberry Jalapeño Jam
- 1 fresh thyme sprig (optional)
Instructions
Strawberry Jalapeño Jam
- Place strawberries, jalapeño, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a jar. Allow the jam to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Baked Brie
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place brie in small, shallow, ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate.
- Top with 1 cup of the Strawberry Jalapeño Jam.
- Garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.
- Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
Notes
Jam can be made in advance and chilled overnight.
