Caribbean Shrimp Bruschetta

Shrimp cocktail goes Caribbean when paired with allspice and mangoes.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix shrimp, cheese, mango, bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, allspice, thyme, red pepper and salt in large bowl until well blended.
  3. Place bread slices on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted, turning once.
  5. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly onto bread slices.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
