- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together, except paprika and form into two logs.
- Sprinkle the logs all over with paprika.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
