Guava Covered Cheese Ball



  • 2 packages extra sharp Kaukauna cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package pecan halves
  • Guava jelly


  1. Blend well the cheeses, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
  2. Form into a ball; cover with pecans and chill.
  3. Just before serving, spread with guava jelly.
