Italian Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 envelope Italian style dry salad dressing mix
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (or more)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Form into a ball, then chill.
3. Serve with crackers.
