Smoked Salmon Rolls

Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley
  • Sweet pickles or gherkins, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into strips about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and fresh herbs together and spread on the salmon pieces.
  3. Roll the salmon around a piece of pickle and secure with a wooden pick.
