Frosted Dill Appetizer



  • 1 large kosher dill pickle
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Thinly sliced ham or dried beef slices


  1. Dry pickle well. Cover with cream cheese.
  2. Wrap sill pickle with meat and spread remaining cream cheese over the meat.
  3. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm.
  4. Slice into thin slices to serve.
