Frosted Dill Appetizer
- 1 large kosher dill pickle
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- Thinly sliced ham or dried beef slices
- Dry pickle well. Cover with cream cheese.
- Wrap sill pickle with meat and spread remaining cream cheese over the meat.
- Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm.
- Slice into thin slices to serve.
