Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions.
  2. Drain and put into a small bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over artichoke hearts.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
