Vegetable Bars
Yield: about 32 bars
Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 envelope dry ranch dressing
Instructions
- Press crescent rolls out on greased jellyroll pan. Bake as directed on package. Cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Spread over cooled crescent bars.
- Grate or slice broccoli, onion, mango, carrots, cauliflower, radish, black olives on top, add shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate.
Notes
This recipe for Vegetable Bars can easily be halved.
