Vegetable Bars

Yield: about 32 bars

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 envelope dry ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Press crescent rolls out on greased jellyroll pan. Bake as directed on package. Cool.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Spread over cooled crescent bars.
  3. Grate or slice broccoli, onion, mango, carrots, cauliflower, radish, black olives on top, add shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Refrigerate.

Notes

This recipe for Vegetable Bars can easily be halved.
