Volcano Bread
Ingredients
Bread
- 1 round of rye, hollowed out
Filling
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 10 ounces chopped, frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Mix all Filling ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Pile into hollowed-out bread.
- Serve with crackers or rye bread cubes.
