Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 round of rye, hollowed out

Filling

  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 10 ounces chopped, frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Mix all Filling ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Pile into hollowed-out bread.
  3. Serve with crackers or rye bread cubes.
