Braunschweiger Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) roll braunschweiger
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 envelope blue cheese salad dressing mix

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Chill.
3. Serve with radishes, green onions, potato chips, cucumbers, carrot sticks or crackers.
