Cold Clam Dip


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons clam juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 1/2 ounces minced clams, drained


  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Add clam juice until of desired consistency.
  3. Add seasonings and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in clams.

Yield: 2 cups
