Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 finely minced anchovies
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons fresh chives, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon or 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
- Kosher and or sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and anchovies in a bowl.
- Add parsley, garlic, scallions, chives and tarragon to dip.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Combine well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving with vegetables or chips.
