Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 finely minced anchovies
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh chives, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon or 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • Kosher and or sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and anchovies in a bowl.
  2. Add parsley, garlic, scallions, chives and tarragon to dip.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving with vegetables or chips.
