Jalapeno Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined small shrimp, steamed
- 3 stalks celery
- 6 green onions
- 2 large pickled jalapeno peppers
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon pickled jalapeno pepper liquid
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Finely chop shrimp, celery, green onions, and jalapeno peppers; place in a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or crostini.
