Mexican Chi-Waw-Waw
Serves 20.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces chopped black olives, drained
- 8 ounces chopped pimentos, drained
- 8 ounces chopped mushrooms, drained
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 8 chopped scallions, tops and all
- 3 (8 ounce) cans chopped green chiles, drained
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Serve with corn chips.
Notes
You can also use Mexican Chi-Waw-Waw over a lettuce salad or over an avocado.
This freezes well.
