Pepperoncini-Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) jar pepperoncini, drained and stemmed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 3 ingredients. Pulse several times or until smooth.
  2. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with crackers.
