Pineapple Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, cream cheese, green pepper, onion and 2/3 cup pecans.
- Put into a bowl and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
- Chill and serve with crackers or corn chips.
