Butterscotch Dip



  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl; cream with spoon until smooth. Chill.
  2. Serve with apple slices.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
