Coconut Party Fruit Dip



  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup (5 ounce can) undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind


  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Blend.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.
  4. Serve as a dip for fruit.
