Coconut Party Fruit Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup (5 ounce can) undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Blend.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve as a dip for fruit.
