Mascarpone Piña Colada Dip
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Wisconsin Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped (optional)
