Raspberry Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen raspberries without syrup, thawed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- Vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, raspberries, honey and juice in electric blender or food processor container until smooth.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- Serve as a dip with vanilla wafers.
