Sour Cream Dip for Fresh Fruit

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Dash of allspice
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon rum extract

Instructions

  1. Mix cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt with sugar.
  2. Stir into sour cream.
  3. Add extracts and mix well.
  4. Chill for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit such as apples, kiwis, bananas, Bing cherries, grapes and strawberries.
