Strawberry Cream Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 11 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 pint dairy sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries*
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Serve over fresh fruit or as a dip for fresh fruit.

Notes

* Substitute 1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries that have been thawed and well drained for fresh strawberries. Decrease sugar, if desired.

Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
