Toffee Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (10 ounce) package English toffee or Heath bits
- 3 Granny Smith apples
Instructions
- In a bowl with an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugars and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Cut and slice apples and serve along side the dip. (Dip apple slices into Sprite or 7-Up to keep from browning.)
