Fiery Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled, drained, and cooled
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
- Paprika, to serve
Instructions
- Cut hardboiled eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks and place in bowl. Reserve whites.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustards, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Add mixture to egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.

This can be prepared 24 hours in advance.
