Fiery Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled, drained, and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • Paprika, to serve

Instructions

  1. Cut hardboiled eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks and place in bowl. Reserve whites.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustards, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Add mixture to egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.

Notes

This can be prepared 24 hours in advance.
