Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Appetizers

  • Jumbo or large shrimp
  • Horseradish*
  • Bacon

* Use it straight out of the jar.


  1. Clean and devein large or jumbo shrimp. Butterfly them up the back. Stuff with as much horseradish as you can get into them. Close them and wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each and close with wooden picks.
  2. Broil for a minute or 2, turn over and broil the other side until done.
