Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Appetizers

  • Jumbo or large shrimp
  • Horseradish
  • Bacon


  1. Clean and devein large or jumbo shrimp. Butterfly them up the back. Stuff with as much horseradish* as you can get into them. Close them and wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each and close with wooden picks.
  2. Broil for a minute or 2, turn over and broil the other side until done.

* Use it straight out of the jar.
