Clams Casino


  • 1 dozen cherrystone clams, in shell
  • Bloody Mary Mix
  • 3 strips bacon, partially cooked and crumbled
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs


  1. Open clams, discard top shell and leave clam in bottom half.
  2. Place clams in shallow broiling pan. Top each clam with a little Bloody Mary Mix, bacon bits and breadcrumbs.
  3. Broil for a few minutes until edges of clams curl.
