Coon Cheese Sausage Balls


  • 1 (10 ounce) package coon cheese
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Bisquick
  • 1 pound hot sausage


  1. Melt cheese in top of double boiler; blend sausage and Bisquick.
  2. Pour cheese over sausage and Bisquick.
  3. Form into balls and bake at 375 degrees F.
