Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Garlic Butter Steak Bites is an ever-popular appetizer recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 (2 pound) ribeye steak
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley leaves, minced
Instructions
- Cut steak into 3/4 inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat half of the oil in a large heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat. Add half the steak in a single layer and cook, turning a few times until golden and medium rare, about 5 minutes, or to your liking.
- Add remaining butter and garlic and toss to coat.
- Remove steak to a serving bowl. Repeat with remaining steak.
- Toss steak with the butter and garlic from skillet.
- Garnish steak with parsley.
- Serve with wooden picks.
