Garlic Butter Steak Bites is an ever-popular appetizer recipe.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 pound) ribeye steak
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley leaves, minced

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 3/4 inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a large heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat. Add half the steak in a single layer and cook, turning a few times until golden and medium rare, about 5 minutes, or to your liking.
  3. Add remaining butter and garlic and toss to coat.
  4. Remove steak to a serving bowl. Repeat with remaining steak.
  5. Toss steak with the butter and garlic from skillet.
  6. Garnish steak with parsley.
  7. Serve with wooden picks.
