Garlic-Buttered Grilled Shrimp
A potpourri of great flavors makes Garlic-Buttered Grilled Shrimp the perfect appetizer shrimp.
Yield: 15 to 18 appetizers
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and drained
Instructions
- Melt butter; stir in parsley, garlic, hot pepper sauce and salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium flame. Add wine; heat through.
- Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill over flame at high to medium setting for 12 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with butter mixture.
