Garlic-Buttered Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh shrimp, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 pound butter
- Bread crumbs and parsley
Instructions
- Clean and cook shrimp, drain, and clean. Lay in flat baking dish.
- Press garlic with butter.
- Heat butter, pour over shrimp, cover with bread crumbs and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve on wooden picks.
