Loaded Totchos

With zesty ranch seasoning, shredded Cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles and Ore-Ida Tater Tots potatoes, these Loaded Totchos are definitely loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) package Ore-Ida Tater Tots
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Bake Tater Tots as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, dressing and 2 tablespoons chives until blended.
  4. Spread Tater Tots onto platter; top with sour cream mixture, cheese and bacon.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
