Olive-Cheese Puffs

  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


  1. Blend cheese, flour and paprika. Add butter and mix well. Mound 1 teaspoon dough around a stuffed green olive.
  2. Freeze on a cookie sheet.
  3. When ready to bake, remove from freezer, and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.

Yield: about 40 puffs
