- 1 pound chicken or turkey frankfurters
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- Cut each frank in fourths and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan or skillet. Add franks and continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
- Serve hot on toasted hamburger buns or with cocktail picks as appetizer.
