- Large fresh mushrooms
- Spicy ground sausage
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Remove stems from mushrooms.
- Make small balls of sausage and place in
mushroom cap. Sprinkle with optional sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
