Sausage Mushrooms


  • Large fresh mushrooms
  • Spicy ground sausage
  • Sesame seeds (optional)


  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  3. Make small balls of sausage and place in mushroom cap. Sprinkle with optional sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
