Crabmeat Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter and cheese in the top of a double boiler.
- Add crabmeat and its juice. Stir thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients, and serve hot with crackers or chips.
