Creamy Chili Bean Dip
Yield: 1 quart
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound pork sausage
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can Nalley's Hot Chili With Beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- Garnish with green pepper and pimiento
Instructions
- Fry sausage and onion; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and chili. Heat, mashing beans with fork; simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend in cheese and sour cream; heat thoroughly. Pour into bowl; garnish.
- Serve warm with Nalley Chips.
Notes
Freezes well.
