Creamy Chili Bean Dip

Yield: 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Nalley's Hot Chili With Beans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Garnish with green pepper and pimiento

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage and onion; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and chili. Heat, mashing beans with fork; simmer 15 minutes.
  2. Blend in cheese and sour cream; heat thoroughly. Pour into bowl; garnish.
  3. Serve warm with Nalley Chips.

Notes
