Hamburger Chile Dip
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound grated Colby cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 small cans chopped green chiles, do not drain
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cheese, tomato sauce, chiles and Worcestershire sauce. Mix over low
heat, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm in a crockette with Fritos scoops or tortilla chips.
