Hamburger Chile Dip


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound grated Colby cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 small cans chopped green chiles, do not drain
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add cheese, tomato sauce, chiles and Worcestershire sauce. Mix over low heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Serve warm in a crockette with Fritos scoops or tortilla chips.
