Hot Caramelized Onion Dip
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 large sweet onions, sliced
- 1 4 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Pepper to taste
- Melt the butter and heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onions and
slowly caramelize over medium-low heat.
