Hot Crab and Asiago Dip

Hot Crab and Asiago Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Wisconsin cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) Wisconsin asiago cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces lump crabmeat
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay® Seasoning
  • Shaved celery and lemon zest
  • Assorted crackers

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in the asiago, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay® Seasoning. Spoon into a greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Garnish with shaved celery and lemon zest.
  5. Serve with crackers.
