Hot Hominy Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can hominy, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar picante sauce
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Microwave cream cheese on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in soup, hominy and picante sauce. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) for 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot.

Yield: 4 to 5 cups
