Hot and Spicy Sausage Dip



  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel (do not drain)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese


  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage, breaking up into small pieces (like taco meat) until fully cooked. Drain all excess fat. Add Ro*Tel and cream cheese; mix until well blended and heated thoroughly.
  2. Place in a serving dish or small slow cooker.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
