Jalapeño Popper Dip
Ingredients
Dip
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 to 6 jalapeños, chopped and deseeded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
Topping
- 1 cup crushed soda crackers or Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all of the Dip ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish. The thicker the dip, the longer it may need to heat through.
- Combine the Topping ingredients and sprinkle all over the top of the dip.
- Bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
