Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

Dip

  • 6 to 8 slices bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 jalapeños, chopped and deseeded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion

Topping

  • 1 cup crushed soda crackers or Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all of the Dip ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
  3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. The thicker the dip, the longer it may need to heat through.
  4. Combine the Topping ingredients and sprinkle all over the top of the dip.
  5. Bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
