Nacho Dip
Yield: 2 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds mild Mexican Velveeta
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
- Brown beef with onion. Drain off fat and set aside. Brown sausage and drain.
- Combine beef and sausage with cheese, Worcestershire sauce and chiles.
- Heat in double boiler or microwave until cheese is melted. Stir well. Or heat in slow cooker on LOW until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with corn chips or vegetable sticks are better.
