- 12 ounces cream cheese, well softened
- 4 ounces red caviar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons grated onion
- White pepper
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, red caviar, grated onion, salt and white
pepper to taste.
- Force the mixture through a fine sieve into another bowl, and chill it,
covered, for 30 minutes or until it is firm enough to hold its shape.
Makes 2 cups.
