Caviar Cream



  • 12 ounces cream cheese, well softened
  • 4 ounces red caviar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated onion
  • Salt
  • White pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, red caviar, grated onion, salt and white pepper to taste.
  2. Force the mixture through a fine sieve into another bowl, and chill it, covered, for 30 minutes or until it is firm enough to hold its shape.

Makes 2 cups.
