Decorative Cheese Mold



  • 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound sharp cheese, grated
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill.
  2. Freeze and remove from mold while frozen (dip in very warm water).
  3. Serve as spread for crackers.

Serves 15.
