Decorative Cheese Mold
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound sharp cheese, grated
- Garlic salt, to taste
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill.
- Freeze and remove from mold while frozen (dip in very warm water).
- Serve as spread for crackers.
