Hot Crab-Cheddar Spread

Hot Crab Cheddar Spread


  • 1 (8-ounce) container crabmeat, drained and shredded
  • 8 ounces Cabot Mild Cheddar or Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to small (1-quart) baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until lightly browned on top and bubbling on edges.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread toasts.

Yield: 8-10 servings
